How long will delivery of my order take?

The delivery time for orders ranges from 6 to 12 business days from the order confirmation, however, it may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order.

Delivery options may vary depending on the availability of the chosen products, the destination and the type of delivery chosen at the time of purchase.

In the case of customisable products, the delivery time is 10 to 15 business days from the order confirmation.

Deliveries are made on business days only, so they may take a little longer than usual on local holidays. Similarly, deliveries may take longer during promotional periods.

Transport times may vary due to unexpected incidents affecting the courier or difficulties in delivering the merchandise.

Can I change my shipping details after the purchase has been made?

To avoid confusion and delayed delivery of your order, we recommend making any changes to your details before completing the purchase of your products.

What do if my order hasn't arrived?

If the delivery date indicated in your confirmation email has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, please email us

What happens if my order can't be delivered?

From your profile, you can track your package at all times, so you can check where it is and any issues that may have occurred when attempting delivery.

If you have received a delivery attempt notification, you can contact the courier company to request a new delivery. (Remember it is important to keep the delivery note that is posted in your letterbox).

How woll my package be sent?

We pack your purchases in cardboard boxes and/or water-resistant envelopes to keep your official FC Barcelona items in the best condition during shipping.

What happens if I'm out when my package arrives?

The company responsible for delivery will send you an email informing you that they have been unable to deliver your order, and they may have posted an attempted delivery note in your letterbox. Please contact them indicating the date, time and most convenient place for them to make the delivery.

* If they receive no reply from the recipient, the delivery company will make another attempt to deliver the order.

Returns

What is the latest timeframe for a return to be processed?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to make any return (except where the timeframe is extended for Specific Campaigns).

What are the requirements for returns?

They must not be made later than 30 days from the date of receipt (except where the timeframe is extended for Specific Campaigns).

What products cannot be returned?

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Any customised product (any product showing the name and number of a player is deemed to be a customised product).
  • Masks / Swimwear / Underwear / Bottles / Flasks / Jugs / Cups / Glasses / Dummies / Baby bottles and accessories / headphones and all products that are delivered sealed for safety, health or hygiene reasons whose seal has been removed after delivery.
  • Any product that does not have the labels the product is delivered with.
  • Products that have been used or have deteriorated as a result of a use other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
How can I return?

As a Registered User you can generate the return by going to the returns section in your account. All you will need to do is access your order and select the items you want to return. Remember that you can track the status of your return from my account.

Once you have generated the return, you will receive an email providing the instructions to be followed to send us the product.

Refund: we will receive and check the garments and, once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the timeframe in which this is effectively paid is 14 days, depending on your bank.

Do not forget to process the return on the platform and enter the return information; without this information, we will not be able to arrange this return!

When and how will I be refunded for my return?

You will receive a refund via the same payment method as the one used for your purchase in a timeframe not exceeding 14 days (depending on your banking institution) once receipt of your package has been confirmed at our logistics centre.

The amount to be reimbursed will be the amount paid for the product(s) returned, including the shipping costs, unless you have selected the Express method. Under no circumstance will the return shipping cost be reimbursed.

Can I add an Item to my order?

Unfortunately you cannot add items to your order once you have checked out. You will have to place another order for your additional items.

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been sent out. If you would like to cancel your order please send us an email. Please note we cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped.

What are customs fees?

Our price covers taxes, duties and processing when it arrives at your border.

If you are ordering outside of the UK,United States, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria and most other European countries.., your parcel may be incur customs fees. This covers taxes, duties and processing when it arrives at your border. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

Can I change a delivery address once an order has been placed?

If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

No, we do not currently sell gift cards.

My promotional code was not applied, what do I do?

If you entered the promotional code and it did not apply it to the total please double check that you have the correct code or that it has not already expired. If checked and the code is still not working, please contact us
